SharkFin shows you your own numbers and generates plain-language observations. It is not a registered investment adviser, and nothing it says is personalized financial or investment advice. Decisions you make based on it are yours — consult a licensed professional for anything consequential.

Your accounts, read-only

We connect through Plaid with read-only access. We can see balances and transactions; we can never move your money. You can sever the connection at your bank or via the Plaid privacy dashboard.

Free and paid

Every feature — unlimited accounts, full history, automatic syncs (every 6 hours), AI insights, goals, and the cancel list — is free with no card. The Basic plan ($5/mo) and Premium plan ($15/mo) add automatic property-value refresh via RentCast and priority support, billed monthly by Stripe. Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the billing period and every free feature keeps working.

Data quality

Bank data arrives as Plaid delivers it — occasional delays, retro-issued transactions, or re-posted amounts happen. We re-reconcile on every sync, but SharkFin is a lens on your data, not a ledger; your statements are authoritative.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to whatever you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits liability we can't limit.
